It started in 1997.

The mission was simple… to provide services for people with developmental disabilities who were not successful in other Las Vegas-based programs. In eight years, we've grown to four Southern Nevada locations. Most importantly, we've expanded our services to provide fulfilling work and social experiences for 170 individuals each day.

As a nonprofit organization, we are committed to offering meaningful work programs that allow the people we serve to reach their highest potential in their own way.

We are proud to be accredited by United Way of Southern Nevada.
