We bet you'll agree that your son or daughter is the most special person in the world. At Transition Services, we share that belief. We use all of our energy and resources to make your experience, and your loved one's time with us, rewarding. And at Transition Services, we're anything but an institution. We work hard to understand your family situation. Then we apply personal attention to determine which of our programs will best serve our new program participant. Because our programs aren't "one size fits all," we might even determine that our programs won't help your loved one achieve his or her full potential. If our programs don't fit, we'll work with you to find one that will. We look forward to being your partner!

Each day, we serve 170 people through our ever-expanding programs. While our program participants have a wide range of developmental disabilities, each individual is valued and treated with respect by our caring staff. Some participants are hearing or sight impaired. Others need special assistance at mealtime. Others have Autism or disabilities stemming from brain injuries. At Transition Services, we believe very little separates any of us. And it shows—each day.

Transition Services' participants experience structure, excitement and fulfillment. Many of the men and women tell us they can't wait to come back tomorrow! Many of our programs are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. weekdays; others may include weekends or a late afternoon
shift. Read about our Programs & Services to learn more.

Would your loved one make a great addition to the Transition Services family? We'd enjoy meeting you! We accept all individuals referred to us through the Nevada State Desert Regional Center. If you don't have a case open with DRC, please contact us directly. Thanks to our generous funders, most of our services are free to program participants.

"I love coming to the senior program because of the different activities I can do and being with the friends I have made there."
