Our cleaning and yard crews are one of the valley's best-kept secrets! With support from homeowners like you, developmentally disabled crew members have the opportunity to create and maintain their own jobs.
Why not leave the routine yard and housework to our conscientious crews? Because it's our mission to train developmentally disabled people, our affordable rates might be less than you'd expect from professional landscapers and cleaning service companies. While it might take us a little extra time to get the job done—we get it right, every time.

Call 702-383-1106 between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. and ask to speak with Colleen King. She'll make an appointment to visit your home. During the meeting, Colleen will answer your specific questions and provide an estimate. Our crews are bonded and insured.
Our yard crews are in training to do desert landscaping, general cleanup, routine lawn cutting, routine trimming and dog cleanup. You provide the lawnmower, we provide the tools. The fee for a yard crew is $15 per hour. The hourly fee covers the crew and one supervising staff member.
Your basins and bowls will shine when our cleaning crews are done! Crews vacuum carpets, dust, and clean all scrubbable surfaces. Deep cleaning is also available. Discuss your specific cleaning needs with Colleen during the initial appointment. We provide the cleaning products, but will use yours if instructed. Cleaning crews typically consist of five Transition Services crew members and one supervising staff member.
Yard and cleaning crews are paid COD. However, our regular customers often prefer us to mail them a bill.
Our yard and cleaning crews love tips! And, tip money is put to good use. After the crew's tips accrue, members enjoy a group outing to lunch or the movies. Saying "thank you" through tips is just one more way to reward our hard-working crews.
Programs that pay less than minimum wage are authorized by the U.S. Department of Labor under a special minimum wage certificate.
"I have worked on Transition Services Yard Crew for a couple of years. I like this job because I can talk to the staff when I need help or have problems. We do things that are fun and we go to classes at the Water District to learn new things about yards. I like how the customer's face looks happy after we finish the job."

"Affordable quality service, I am proud to support members of Transition Services."
