• Valid ID, most positions require Valid Driver's License
• Ability and willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Ability to read and write in the English language
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work in a team atmosphere
• Flexibility, patience and problem solving skills
• Experience working with people with developmental disabilities is desired

Frequently, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Starting salary of $8.40/hour; 50% of health coverage through Pacificare, 50% of dental coverage through Humana Dental; major holidays are paid; one week paid vacation time in first year of employment; two weeks paid vacation time in consecutive years of employment; no on-call duties, no pagers required, set hours, growth opportunities
